I've got 3500 jumps and the problem with opening without a parachute is the one with a parachute trying to hold on to him during an opening sequence. The opening shock tears the weight of the body out of your hands and/or legs. We've had friends that have done this exact same thing with a parachute on the would be non-parachutist. If you look carefully, the rider slips something around Travis' waist...it could be that has a hip harness under his shorts with a couple of D rings to click into. Don't get me wrong this is an insane act, there is no room for error. Trying to ride rodeo is hard enough. During the opening sequence, Travis ends up hanging beneath the main parachutists harness. I don't give this guy long to live.

Absolutely idiotic but AWESOMELY bad ass. My God. I get chills just watching this video. I have never jumped and I'm not sure I ever will. This guy has HUGE cojones.
