Furthermore, by submitting any contribution to CollegePork, you hereby grant CollegePork and its owners, HIHELLO MEDIA LLC, a binding, permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free sublicense (on countless levels) and transferable license (with rights to create derivative works) to use, distribute, copy, perform, transmit, or display or perform publicly your submission(s) for any purpose whatsoever. In addition, you grant this same set of licenses to every CollegePork user only as allowed in written form by CollegePork and its owners, HIHELLO MEDIA LLC in agreement with this Agreement. Any and all submissions are to be considered public information without exception and CollegePork and its owners, HIHELLO MEDIA LLC are not subject to any confidentiality obligations.

By transmitting, posting, or publishing a submission, you hereby waive the right to make any claim whatsoever against CollegePork or its owners, HIHELLO MEDIA LLC, or any other person or entity employed or owned by HIHELLO MEDIA LLC. Also, by making any submission, you signify that you own or have, and can prove that you have or own the license, rights, or permissions to use any content included in your submission. Furthermore, you agree and accept that anything transmitted to CollegePork can be rejected or deleted for any reason and at any time by CollegePork or its owners HIHELLO MEDIA LLC. In addition, any user account can be temporarily banned or permanently deleted for any reason as determined by CollegePork administrators.

18 U.S.C. SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE NOTIFICATION
All content displayed on CollegePork are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because the visual media contained herein do not consist of the depictions of conduct as expressly listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256 (2), (A) through (D). They are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct or can be otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created before July 3, 1995. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
